Our Livelihood & Vocational Training program is designed to empower adults with disabilities by providing them with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to achieve self-sufficiency and lead productive lives.
Individual Assessments: Comprehensive assessments to identify each individual’s strengths, interests, and career potential.
Career Counseling: One-on-one counseling sessions to help individuals explore various career options, set realistic goals, and develop personalized career plans.
O Hands-On Training: Practical training in a variety of vocational skills, including but not limited to:
Crafts and Handicrafts: Skills such as weaving, pottery, and woodwork.
Tailoring and Sewing: Training in basic and advanced sewing techniques, pattern making, and garment construction.
Culinary Arts: Skills in cooking, baking, and food preparation.
Agriculture and Horticulture: Training in farming techniques, crop management, and gardening.
Computer Literacy: Basic and advanced computer skills, including office software, graphic design, and coding.
O Workshops and Classes: Regular workshops and classes led by experienced professionals to provide in-depth training and hands-on experience.
Business Training: Workshops and courses on business planning, marketing, financial management, and customer service.
Market Access: Support in accessing local and online markets to sell products and services.
Job Placement Assistance: Help in finding suitable employment opportunities, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
Workplace Accommodation: Guidance on workplace accommodations and modifications to ensure a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Follow-Up Support: Ongoing support to ensure successful job retention and career advancement.
